Roasted tomatoes
Ingredients :
Tomatoes
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Instructions: Delicious way to serve tomatoes, cooking
sweetens them right up: cut tomatoes, coat with olive oil, sprinkle with salt
and pepper, roast at 250 for 4 hours.
