1 lb. asparagus trimmed and cut into thirds
1 T. olive oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
salt
Heat a large cast iron or nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add
olive oil and swirl to coat. Add asparagus and cook 3-5 minutes or until
crisp tender. Remove to a platter. Drizzle with lemon juice and
sprinkle with salt.
