Ingredients

*2 heads of butter or Bibb lettuce

*1 medium-sized can mandarin oranges.

*2 ripe avocado

Dressing

*1/2 cup EVOO

*2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

*1/8 c lemon juice

*1/2 – 1 garlic clove

* Salt and pepper to taste
