Brussels Sprouts and Pecans recipe:
3cups Brussels,
1/2 cup chopped onion,
1/4cup pecans,
2 slices bacon, cut into small pieces,
1 Tbsp coconut oil,
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Cut stems off brussels, then quarter them lengthwise. In a large
skillet sauté brussels, onion in oil until done about 10 minutes . Add
pecans, apple cider vinegar and cooked crumbled bacon another 5 minutes
which should form a glaze. Serve warm.
