Mustard Glazed Chicken Thighs - Practical Paleo

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    12 chicken thighs


    2 tbsp ground mustard
    1/4 cup melted butter


    1/2 tsp sea salt
    1/2 tsp ground sage
    pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat the oven to 425. Lay thighs out on baking sheet or pan. Melt butter, whisk in mustard, salt, sage, and pepper. spread glaze over thighs. place in oven for 45 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 12 servings of 1thigh each
