Chicken Fajitas - Paleo on a Budget

Ingredients:
• Chickens
• 1 large onion, cut into slices
• Bag of frozen peppers { or two peppers cut into strips }
• Chili Powder
• Thyme
• Red Pepper Flakes
• Olive Oil
• Pizza Seasoning {it has basil, oregano, garlic powder, thyme and a few other things }
• Salt, Pepper, Coconut Oil
How To:
• In a big skillet get your coconut oil heating, slice up your onions. Add those into the pan and let them go for a few minutes then toss in your peppers. Let them start to cook down.
• While that’s cooking get your chicken chopped up into either cubes or strips, take your pick! Add those into the pan and let it cook.
• When the chicken is almost cooked, sprinkle in at least half a tbsp of chili powder { I sprinkled it twice around the pan pretty heavy }, add in half a tbsp ish of pizza seasoning, red pepper flakes to taste, salt and pepper to taste and a drizzleish of olive oil.
• Stir it all around let it finish cooking. Taste for seasoning and your done!
