- 1 1/2 lbs flank steak, slicked thin
- 1 1/2 cups soy sauce
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
Place flank in 9x13. Mix last 4 ingredients and pour over steak. Let Marinade for 4 hours or more
