Asian Flank Steak - Gina's Weight watcher


 
These always go fast at every gathering, so you may want to make a lot.

Servings: 6 servings
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
  • 1 1/2 lbs flank steak, slicked thin
  • 1 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions
Place flank in 9x13.  Mix last 4 ingredients and pour over steak.  Let Marinade for 4 hours or more
