Ingredients:

1 to 1.5 lbs. asparagus
·
Zest and juice of 2 lemons
·
Zest of one orange
·
2 Garlic cloves, chopped fine
·
2 Tablespoons finely chopped flat-leaf
parsley
·
1/4 Cup very good extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
Steam Asparagus.
Mixed the rest of the ingredients and pour over hot
asparagus.
