heads kale, any variety

large carrots

cup marcona almonds, coarsely chopped
Instructions
- Chiffonade the kale into thin strips
- julienne the carrots
- In a large bowl, toss together kale, julienned carrots and almonds
- Coat with a couple of tablespoons of Marcona Almond Mayonnaise
- Serve
